Billing and Subscriptions
Premium subscription billing is handled by Apple or Google. To manage your subscription, cancel, or request a refund, visit your device's account settings:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Before You Contact Us
Here are answers to a few common questions:
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset option on the login screen.
- Student can't see their plan? Make sure the parent has linked the student account and activated the plan.
- Want to delete your account? Email us at privacy@studyshield.app and we will process your request within 30 days.
